Why this one caught my attention
This is the kind of house that stops you at the front door. Over 5,600 square feet under one roof is mini-mansion scale, and the floor plan means it — dual staircases, two separate living rooms with fireplaces, a formal dining room that fits a full table, and a game room upstairs with its own wet bar. The primary suite sits on the first floor, so the everyday living happens on one level while the upstairs does the heavy entertaining. At roughly $120 a square foot, you're buying ceiling height, room count and sheer square footage that new construction simply doesn't offer at this price. I tour a lot of homes that are big but bland. This one is big with intent.

Why this one caught my attention
Some houses just make the math easy. Nearly 3,900 square feet, four bedrooms, high ceilings, a stone fireplace wall wrapped in built-ins — and someone already did the expensive work. The kitchen was redone with white cabinetry and quartz, the primary bath was remodeled down to the frameless glass shower and freestanding soaking tub, and the flooring and paint are new. Around $126 a square foot for a move-in-ready two-story on a mature Spring street is the kind of value that doesn't usually survive long on the market. It's the house I'd show someone who wants the space without the project.
